I'd say their plushies are on par with Kawaiiies for softness, maybe a bit more unique designs sometimes. Price-wise, I find SAT generally a bit more affordable, especially with their free shipping.

It's different. Sanrio is like, established brand characters, you know? SAT has more original cute stuff. Quality is good, I think. Bellzi might have slightly denser plushies, but SAT's are still super soft and cute.

I returned an eye mask once, and it wasn't too bad. Just make sure it's still in new condition. You'd probably have to cover return shipping though, I think.
